XDJ-AZ: Rekordbox (Performance Mode) With Two Computers

Setup Guide

Typical Setup
  • You're using two computers: one for streaming and one for music
  • Your tracks are played directly from your Rekordbox library
  • Your XDJ-AZ is connected to your music computer using a USB cable
  • The audio output of the XDJ-AZ is connected to your streaming computer's audio interface.
How to Setup Now Playing
  1. Connect the XDJ-AZ to your music computer using a USB cable.
  2. Install and setup Now Playing on both computers.
How to Stream With Now Playing
  1. Turn on your XDJ-AZ first.
  2. Open Rekordbox and select "Performance mode".
  3. Open Now Playing on your music computer. (It should auto-detect Rekordbox)
  4. Open Now Playing on your streaming computer (It should auto-connect to your music computer)
  5. Now Playing should now work when you play tracks directly from Rekordbox.
